Horses

Intravenous injection.

• For use in musculoskeletal disorders: the dose is 2.2 mg of ketoprofen/kg body weight, equivalent to 1 ml of veterinary medicine/45 kg body weight once daily for a maximum period of 3 to 5 days.
  
  
• For use in colic: the dose is 2.2 mg/kg, equivalent to 1 ml of veterinary medicinal product/45 kg body weight in a single injection.
  
  Generally, a single injection is sufficient: any additional injection must be preceded by a clinical re-assessment of the animal.
  
  

  Cattle
  

  Intramuscular or intravenous injection.
  3 mg of ketoprofen/kg body weight, equivalent to 1 ml of veterinary medicinal product/33 kg body weight, once daily for a maximum period of between 1 and 3 days.
  
  

  Pigs
  

  Intramuscular injection.
  3 mg/kg body weight, equivalent to 1 ml of veterinary medicinal product/33 kg body weight, as a single dose.

Horses

Meat: 4 days.
Milk: 0 hours.

Cattle

Meat: 4 days.
Milk: 0 hours.

Pigs

Meat: 4 days.
