Indications for use
Treatment of metritis-mastitis-agalactia (MMA) syndrome, atrophic rhinitis and diarrhoea caused by Escherichia coli, where the bacterial strains are susceptible to sulfadiazine and trimethoprim.

Posology and administration via
Administer orally, mixed into the feed at a rate of 25 mg of sulfadiazine and 5 mg of trimethoprim per kg of body weight per day for 5 days; this medicated feed should be the sole ration during this period.
This dose is generally achieved by incorporating 500/100 mg of sulfadiazine/trimethoprim per kg of feed, equivalent to 2 kg of premix per tonne of feed, assuming that a pig consumes 5% of its body weight in feed.
